As you enter the parlor of the Redstone, your eyes are immediately treated to a display of Victorian design and dcor that will remain in your memory forever. The classic "roccoco" style plaster work of the ceiling, along with the rounded corners and stained glass windows blend easily with the soft sounds of classical music in the background.
The brass combination electric and gas chandelier is the original, installed by AA Cooper when the home was constructed in 1894.

The fireplace mantel, made of rare "bird's eye" maple, is a hand carved testament to the skill of the craftsman employed by Mr. Cooper to make this room, and home, the perfect wedding present for his daughter, Elizabeth. The Italian tile fireplace provides a fitting accompaniment to the mantel and serves to make this item the centerpiece of the room.
Antique furnishings and Victorian framed hand painted Cooper family portraits and Cooper family memorabilia add to the authenticity of this Victorian treasure.
